Below are the guidelines for recognizing Overseas Monthly Donors.
These guidelines apply to individual overseas donors only and will take effect on
March 16, 2026.

●	Donors who contribute USD 20 or more per month on a regular basis will be recognized as GILSTORY overseas monthly donors.

●	GILSTORY PayPal or overseas bank transfer (same as current methods) ☞ Please refer to the [How to Donate Overseas] page on our website for details.

GILSTORY’s PayPal donations are not processed as automatic recurring payments.
Donations are made manually by donors each month.
Therefore, to register as an overseas monthly donor,
we kindly ask you to send the following information by email one time only,
regardless of the donation method (PayPal or bank transfer).
(This is required for donor identification and payment verification.)

Required information (one-time submission):

●	Donor name
●	Email address used for PayPal payment
●	Date and amount of your first donation
●	A brief statement confirming your intention to donate regularly (Example: “I plan to support GILSTORY on a regular basis.”)
●	(Optional) Email address for receiving newsletters, if different from your PayPal email

Once your information has been verified and internally processed,
you will be registered as an overseas monthly donor.
※ Processing may take 3–5 business days.
After registration, no additional emails are required for future PayPal donations,
as long as you continue donating under the same PayPal account.

●	Overseas monthly donors are recognized based on their intention to donate on a regular basis.
●	Temporary gaps in donations do not affect monthly donor status, as long as the intention to continue supporting GILSTORY remains.

●	These guidelines apply to individual donors only.
●	Donations made under the name of organizations, groups, or legal entities are not eligible under this policy.

●	Overseas monthly donors will receive the Korean-language online newsletter, the same as domestic donors.
●	Due to practical limitations related to international shipping, offline donor certificates and physical rewards cannot be provided. We kindly ask for your understanding.

If you are receiving the Korean-language newsletter, your registration can be considered complete.

If there are any changes to your PayPal account information (such as your email address or name),
please inform us by email so we can correctly update your donor records.

Yes. You may adjust your donation amount at any time.
If there is a change in the amount you donate, letting us know by email will help us keep our records accurate.

Yes. Overseas monthly donors will receive a digital donation certificate once via email.
Due to limitations related to international shipping costs and delivery timelines,
physical shipments are not available for overseas donors.
We kindly ask for your understanding.

본 기준은 해외 개인 후원자를 대상으로 하며,
2026년 3월 16일부터 적용됩니다.

길스토리 해외 정기후원자로 인정됩니다.

길스토리의 PayPal 후원은 자동 정기결제가 아닌 수동 결제 방식으로 운영됩니다.
후원자분께서 매달 직접 결제를 진행하시는 구조입니다.
이에 따라 해외 정기후원자 등록을 위해,
후원 방식(PayPal·해외 계좌 이체)과 관계없이
아래 정보를 최초 1회에 한해 이메일로 보내주시기 바랍니다.
(해외 후원의 특성상, 후원자 식별 및 결제 내역 확인을 위해 필요한 절차입니다.)

제출 정보 (최초 1회)

●	후원자 이름
●	PayPal 결제에 사용한 이메일 주소
●	첫 후원 결제일 및 결제 금액
●	정기적으로 후원할 의사 확인 문장 (예: “정기적으로 길스토리를 후원하고자 합니다.”)
●	(선택) 뉴스레터 수신 이메일 주소 (결제 이메일과 다른 경우)

후원자 정보 확인 및 내부 반영이 완료되면
해외 정기후원자로 등록됩니다.
※ 확인 및 반영까지 영업일 기준 3~5일 정도 소요될 수 있습니다.
등록 이후에는 동일한 PayPal 계정으로 후원을 이어가시는 경우,
추가적인 이메일 발송은 필요하지 않습니다.

●	해외 정기후원자는 정기적으로 후원하고자 하는 의사를 기준으로 운영됩니다.
●	일시적인 결제 공백이 있더라도, 후원 의사가 지속되는 경우 정기후원자 자격에는 영향이 없습니다.

●	본 기준은 개인 후원자를 대상으로 운영됩니다.
●	단체·조직·법인 명의의 후원은 해당되지 않습니다.

●	해외 정기후원자분들께도 국문 온라인 뉴스레터가 동일하게 제공됩니다.
●	또한, 해외 정기후원자분들께는 디지털 후원증서를 최초 1회 이메일로 발송해드립니다.
●	국제 배송 비용 및 배송 소요 기간 등의 제약으로 인해, 해외 실물 배송은 제공되지 않는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
