캠페인 운영에 관련한 물품 후원과 관련해서는 사전에 협의를 통해 안내 드리도록 하겠습니다.
사무실 방문, 사전 약속, 행사 전후 직접 전달, 배송 등의 방식으로 전해주시는 사적인 선물은 수령하지 않습니다.
특정 개인에게 전달되는 선물은 의도와 다르게 후원자 간 형평성, 참여자 간 공정성, 단체 운영의 투명성과 관련한 오해를 만들 수 있습니다.
후원자님의 응원은 공식 후원, 응원 메시지, 캠페인에 대한 지속적인 관심으로 함께해 주시기를 부탁드립니다.

사전 협의 없이 택배로 도착한 물품이나 전시회·행사장으로 전달된 꽃, 화환 등은 내부 기준에 따라 관리합니다.
다만 고가 물품, 현금성 물품, 보관이나 위생상 문제가 있는 식품류, 특정 개인에게 과도하게 집중되는 선물은 수령이 어려울 수 있습니다.
길스토리는 수령 여부가 필요한 물품에 대해서도 단체 운영 기준에 따라 신중하게 판단하겠습니다.

Thank you sincerely for the continued encouragement, trust, and support you have shown us. We deeply value the care and thoughtfulness behind every gesture of support for GILSTORY. To ensure that your support reaches our campaigns and participants in a transparent, fair, and responsible manner, we would like to share our guidelines regarding donor gifts and in-kind contributions.

GILSTORY's operations are sustained primarily through recurring and one-time monetary donations. As a matter of principle — and to maintain operational transparency, ensure fairness among donors, and protect campaign participants — GILSTORY accepts support only through our official donation channels.
Accordingly, we must respectfully decline personal gifts intended for specific individuals, including our leadership, staff members, campaign participants, and collaborating artists.
This policy does not diminish the value of your generosity. Rather, it is a standard we uphold so that every act of support is directed fairly and responsibly toward the purpose of our public-interest campaigns.

If you wish to make an in-kind contribution to support our campaign operations, please consult with us in advance.
Personal gifts delivered during office visits, scheduled appointments, before or after events, or by mail or courier will not be accepted.
Even when offered with the best intentions, gifts directed toward specific individuals can create misunderstandings around donor fairness, participant equity, and organizational transparency.
We kindly ask that you express your support through official donations, messages of encouragement, and your continued interest in GILSTORY's campaigns.

Unsolicited items delivered by mail or courier, as well as flowers, wreaths, or other gifts sent to exhibitions or event venues, will be reviewed in accordance with GILSTORY's internal policies. Please understand that we may be unable to accept certain items — for example, high-value or cash-equivalent items, perishable food that raises storage or hygiene concerns, or gifts explicitly directed at specific individuals — and such items may be returned or otherwise managed according to our internal standards.
